Rhys Mathews
‘Expert Geotechnical Engineer Committed to Delivering Practical and Efficient Solutions’
Rhys is a chartered (CPEng, NER) and accomplished Geotechnical and Project Engineer with diverse experience in civil construction and geotechnical projects across Australia. He possesses expertise in geotechnical engineering principles and civil foundation construction, specialising in geotechnical investigation, design and analysis, piling, ground improvement, and ground support techniques.
My Journey
I graduated with honors from the University of Adelaide, with double degree in Engineering and Geology. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most respected engineering firms in the country, including Menard Oceania and Golder Associates. My experience spans a variety of sectors, including renewable energy, infrastructure, and mining, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of the diverse challenges faced by each industry.

TERRATECH is based in Adelaide, South Australia services primarily the SA market, as well as projects across QLD, NSW, Victoria and beyond. With strong expertise and flexibility, TERRATECH is equipped to handle projects of all sizes, from small to large, across various industry sectors.
